We are currently seeking for Business Development Manager (m/w/d) – CIS


Idealy he/she (m/w/d) should me based in Kasachstan.

Tasks (selected)
  • Grow portfolio of clients with schools, agencies and other educational institutions and entities
  • Grow portfolio of clients within further and higher education institutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the suite of products and services to promote and sell to clients
  • Develop strategic relationships with key contacts from prospective institutional and agency clients
  • In co-ordination with the senior leadership team, design a full sales and marketing strategy
  • Maintain responsibility for full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close of sale
  • Lead proposal development and presentations to prospective client organisations on a direct basis
  • Identify and participate in regional and national industry conferences on a regular basis
  • Provide reports and participate in meetings with director of Business Development and senior leadership
Profile
  • Min. 3 years in a sales role with a successful track record of growing and managing a pipeline
  • International education industry experience is essential
  • A strong consultative approach to problem-solving and project management, and a desire to exceed client expectations at every turn
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial approach and ability to navigate, thrive and deliver in a complex and unchartered start-up environment with remote supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver strong presentations and proven business development skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends, based on client and company needs
  • Ability to work from home
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence, clean abstract and reliable vehicle for travel
  • Intermediate level skillset using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint / Word / Excel / Outlook), Adobe Reader, internet search engines (Google Chrome, Mozilla, IE)
